By installing, copying, or using MasterCopy (the "App"), you agree to these terms.
The developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App under these terms.
The App is free to use (with a total limit of 10 copy runs). Verification of existing copies remains free without a run limit. "Pro" is a one-time in-app purchase (not a subscription) that removes the copy-count limit. Payment, restoring purchases, and refunds are handled in accordance with Mac App Store (Apple) policies.
MasterCopy is built with great care to handle your data safely. It is copy-only and never deletes or modifies your source data.
That said, no software is immune to unexpected issues. Always keep backups of important data in multiple locations.
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Updates for the App are provided through the Mac App Store. The App may check whether a newer version exists and notify you within the App when one is available (the update itself is performed by the Mac App Store). These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes related to these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

These Terms may be updated without prior notice. In case of significant changes, we will notify you within the App or on this page. If you continue to use the App after the changes take effect, you are deemed to have agreed to the updated Terms.
